Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
If the total value of the items you are returning is €100 or less, no restocking fee will be charged.
If the total value of the items you are returning exceeds €100, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
We introduced this policy to help prevent large "try-on" orders, where several items are purchased with the intention of returning most or all of them. As a small business specializing in one-of-a-kind vintage pieces, returns involve additional time and costs for inspecting, relisting, and reselling items after the original drop promotion has passed.
To help you shop with confidence, every item includes detailed measurements and a clear description of its condition. We encourage you to review this information carefully before placing your order, and if you have any questions, we're always happy to help.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@pinkrainshop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
If a package is returned to us because it wasn’t picked up or the address provided was incorrect and the customer requests a refund instead of reshipping the same rules as for returns will be applied.
All returns must be approved by us before being sent back. If a package is returned without prior communication, we won’t be able to accept it or issue a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, reworked items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping costs paid by buyer are not refundable during a return.
If you applied for a free shipping, shipping amount that was paid by us will be deducted from the total refund amount. If you didn't, shipping price will not be refunded.
Send Backs
If a customer fails to collect an order from their local post company and an item is being sent back to us, we will refund customer's money, but we will deduct our shipping costs from that amount. Customers are able to request proof of the shipping price. As we offer free shipping, it doesn't mean that we don't pay for shipping, we just include shipping cost in the price of the items.
Return Shipping Costs
If an item is not as described return shipping costs will be paid by us, but if the reason for return is sizing, customer just changed their mind or didn't like it, the return shipping costs will be paid by the buyer. For all the unwritten reasons please contact us before making a return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
