We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Because we sell one-of-a-kind vintage pieces in limited drops, returns are difficult for us to accept. Once an item is returned, it becomes much harder to resell, as the drop's promotion is no longer relevant. For this reason, all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This helps cover the loss in value and ensures we can continue offering unique vintage finds.

We ask that you check all measurements carefully before purchasing, as we do not support the idea of "testing" items with the intention of returning them. Our goal is to make sure every piece finds the right home the first time.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, reworked items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you applied for a free shipping, shipping amount that was paid by us will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Send Backs
If a customer fails to collect an order from their local post company and an item is being sent back to us, we will refund customer's money, but we will deduct our shipping costs from that amount. Customers are able to request proof of the shipping price. As we offer free shipping, it doesn't mean that we don't pay for shipping, we just include shipping cost in the price of the items.

Return Shipping Costs
If an item is not as described return shipping costs will be paid by us, but if the reason for return is sizing, customer just changed their mind or didn't like it, the return shipping costs will be paid by the buyer. For all the unwritten reasons please contact us before making a return.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
